i know of no evidence that he is either NT or AS.

What reason do you have to think he might be AS?

Abnormal eye contact in interviews- not much really...I was just curious.

Yet another waste of perfectly good electrons.

I completely fail to see any reason to be fascinated with questions of whether or not some random person is Aspie or not. In any case, it is their business, not yours. Leave them alone.

That! I agree 100%!

There's so much stigma around having autism, there should be no rumors (false or otherwise) that some random person has it.

Exactly. Quentin Tarantino is an awesome fim maker, leave it at that. If he is indeed aspie and 'comes out about it', then power to him. Otherwise its not worth the energy expenditure starting threads about the possibility that he may be.

My post was not maliciously intended, and I was only asking for people's opinions. I was not sturring up any rumours, neither was I launching an attack on him, so let's just leave it at that...I honestly didn't know my post would offend or cause this sort of reaction out of people.

Ah don't worry about it, it's just there's so many of these topics about people wanting/thinking their idols are autistic...

To change the name of this topic to "Scrapped" shows that you have succumbed to the pressure and dictates of others.
Don't back down and allow yourself to be bullied or told what you can and cannot put forth as a topic worthy of discussion.
You are not the only one who wonders if Quentin Tarantino might be on the autism spectrum.
Might Quentin Tarantino be somewhere on the spectrum?
Quentin Tarantino must have AS

There is nothing malicious or against WP rules in discussing what famous people may be aspies.
Maybe it would have been better to use the search function to see if a Quentin Tarantino topic
already existed, but the subject is a perfectly good topic of discussion.

After watching this youtube of Tarantino discussing movies with such passion,
I would definitely support your speculation that he is on the AS spectrum.
He's wonderful! I love him.

3:20 is an interesting statement.
I felt reminded of my special interest, if I do everything by myself I'm much more satisfied than when I ask someone for help or use premade assets.

I suppose you are right in what you're saying; I absolutely love him as well, and I just wanted to post a forum about this out of curiosity and to see what others think about it- many people make posts about other people possibly being on the spectrum, so I didn't think my post would bother anyone.

...and I only decided to scrap it because I did not want to experience bullying online here, too; I come on Wrong Planet like many other people so I can talk with like minded, friendly people that like me, have an ASD.

But anyway- negativity aside...thank you for your positive reply; this is the sort of response I wanted from people- a polite response that either agrees or disagrees with my post. :)

I watched this last night. Pretty shocking to see him flipping out on the interviewer.
