The second time you see someone after you introduced yourself to them?

How about starting with "Hello! How are you?" and go from there? Anything else you say depends on where you know the person from, what the two of you have in common, and where you are at when you have this conversation.

Ask after any aspect of the persons life that was discussed on the first occasion. It will please them that you cared to remember, as well as advance the conversation.
