I've heard people in South Korea get this. I'm pretty sure I need it, too. I don't know if it's an aspie thing to look asleep all the time, but I would change this if I could. I think it contributes to making me look high and, therefore, unattractive to upstanding girls.

Don't think a girl who likes you for what you look like is one you should be looking for.

Most of the time its double eyelid (Blepharoplasty) surgery which is done on asians but obviously you have a double eyelid. They also do another surgery which takes back a particular muscle within the eye which this then again mostly on asians. Yeah blepharoplasty is very common amongst asians trying to achieve a westernized apperance. I'm sure if you really wanted to you could go to a plastic surgeon that does blepharoplasty and see what you can have done however its gonna cost you a ton and its probably painful. I never want surgery done to my eyes even though I have a monolid. Too much of an time, money and pain investment.

I also wanted to add something. Sure if you just genetically have small eyes, thats one thing but if your eyes appearance is due to your lack of expressiveness. That can be fixed by just working on your facial expressions, and its a hell of lot less painful. When I look at my old pictures, I did look like I had smaller eyes since I always squinted and had a stone-like facial expression. Gradually I started to open my eyes wider and now it looks like I have bigger eyes when I really dont.

nice pics! haha. the few people i've known who had autism had almond like eyes. To me your eyes don't look small but it looks like you are squinting. maybe the light is bright lol. this is truly ridiculous because they don't look "off" or small in general size at all to me. i honestly think that widening surgery is kind of a noticeable change to me as well. It's easy to see from before and after photos which they will come upon and then you will have more to deal with addressing why you got plastic surgery over something so subtle and basically vain if not ridiculous i think. at least that would be more my concern with an actual upstanding person lol

That sounds incredibly dangerous, expensive, and based on your pictures you definitely don't need it.

It's a common operation in Western countries, too, I actually know people (in Asia as well as Europe) who have had this operation. The good news are that scarring, pain, risks, recovery time and cost should be quite minimal on your typical cosmetic surgery scale. It IS a surgery, though, so one shouldn't go for one too lightly however.

If you really feel it's the right choice for you, I don't want to discourage you, but I hope improving your chances in dating isn't your main reasoning for it. You look fine to me in your pictures, but that's just me. Try to think it through, you know what's the best for you.

There you go, Tyri0n - a supermodel just said you look perfectly fine! Don't do cosmetic surgery... the risks outweigh the potential benefits!
