When you've been yelled at for admitting an honest mistake, been belittled for standing up for yourself or just had the most stressful day ever (Like i'm having right now) and just want to unleash all your pent up rage and anger, what are the most angriest tracks you listen to in order to de- stress?

Actually, I often try to calm down in other ways, since it seems that frequently listening to really angry music can end up sort of feeding the fire over the long term. Having said that, this song has definitely provided some catharsis for me before.
