Its spring ! Over here in Quebec the snow is almost all melted. There is still a cool breeze but its confortable under the sun. I find myself willing to spend more time outside. It means stop going to the gym for my workout and use the good old outside.

I set myself my outside schedule and i wanted to share it. To do this workout you need almost nothing and it cost nothing outside your clothes.

I started the week one yesterday. Is anyone willing to try it also. I would like feedback on it. Its completely normal if you try it and do not complete the full workout inside the allowed time at first. This should be your first goal then work your way to beat your time.

Gear Needed:
- Running Shoes
- Confortable sports clothes

Warmups: 3 min jumping jack or very light jogging.
Cooling off period after workout : 5 min of walk at your pace and stretching.

Tuesday :(5 Burpees + 10 Squat + 50 Jumping Jack )x10 but stop at 30 min if unfinished
Thursday :10 km Jogging but stop at 1 hour if unfinished
Saturday: Burpees ( 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 ) Pause: 1min between but stop at 30 min if unfinished
End of Week 1

Tuesday: 10 km Jogging but stop at 1 hour if unfinished
Thursday ( 5 Pushups + 10 sit-ups + 10 Squats + 30 jumping Jack ) x10 but stop at 30 min if unfinished
Saturday: 10 km Jogging but stop at 1 hour if unfinished
End of Week 2

Repeat week 1 after.
Its 1 week in intensity and 1 week of cardio.
