Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator: Here is some Humor
Just a bit of sense of humor in what I have to deal with when I ask logical questions and try to obtain logical answers. I'm just trying to cheer everyone up.

With a lot of people in America I feel like I am having a similar conversation. This is a typical conversation I have in America.
Typical American: Why do people feel they have to start at the top?
Me: Can you tell me exactly in detail where the bottom is at?
Typical American: Well, one has to start at the bottom to get to the top.
Me: I know that. Can you give me the structural hierarchy of the workplace itself, the name of the positions and how one advances in rank?
Typical American: It's common sense, you know. All you have to do is have a positive attitude and feel grateful.
Me: (Becomes Agitated and asking this with frustration in his voice) It is not common sense for me as I do not understand what you are conveying. What does my emotional disposition have to do with understanding the structure and hierarchy of the workplace and how one advances in rank?
Typical American(becomes agitated): Again, one has to be grateful and have a positive attitude.
Me(Sighs in frustration): I will try this again. How does my feelings and emotions matter in the question I am asking? What are the specific steps do I need to take to being able to determine what one must do to start at the bottom, knowing the name of my position and how one must advance?
Typical American: One has to have initiative to get started and to do a job.
Me(Says in a raised voice) All you're doing is giving me is buzz word slogans. What I am saying to you is I need something that is more comprehensive and more in depth then what you're telling me.
Me(Continuing and becoming angrier) I do not need your stupid positive affirmations or your corporate slogans. They do not tell me anything. I can't obtain a job unless I have a comprehensive, ontological, and an Epistemological understanding of what I am dealing with.
Typical American: If you want a job you need to develop a positive attitude and employers will not hire you with the attitude you have right now.
Me(Pinching himself to prevent a meltdown) Again, my attitude has nothing to do with what I am asking.
Typical American You're a moron
Me (As I walk away) [beep!] you very much

Oh gawd, yes!
Some people will run around in circles forever, avoiding the direct answer to a simple question!! !!
...especially in the corporate "professional" world. It would seem that being "professional" means to act in a specific way... you would think that means ethical and polite, but what it really means is to be deceptive, greedy and protectionist. Cover your ass at all times - do whatever it takes to protect yourself, even if it means getting someone else fired so you won't be!
The constant stream of deception-with-a-smile is severely messed up... probably because corporations are actually modeled after a psychopath personality!
Self-protection, personal gain, destroy all opposition, no empathy, no remorse...
...and these people think I'm the weirdo!??
