I love Rufus Wainwright so much it hurts. His voice. His looks. His talent. What a guy!

Saw him live at the Newport Folk Festival in 2004 and was not terribly impressed.

I can understand why you weren't impressed. I think you either like or dislike Rufus and certainally I didn't think much of him when I first saw him, but he's very sincere in what he does and although I don't follow his persona (he likes tracking down young boys!), his music is very comforting.
