I recently gave up caffeine, so neither. Couldn't sleep. I do like herbal teas though.

Tea and Coffee have roughly equal caffeine levels.

That being said I'm a coffee lover. I drink only Arabica-bean coffee's and can tell you where a coffees beans are from by taste alone.

It depends on the tea. Many herbal teas are caffeine free, or very low caffeine.

I myself drink neither.

Green tea, iced if it's after noon.

Tea, coffee etc contain unique blends of xanthine alkaloids including caffiene. AFAIK tea has greater emphasis on theophylline, cocoa has more theobromine & coffee & cola have a more sraighforward caffiene profile. This accounts for the differing effects they produce.

I don't drink coffee or black tea but I drink green tea every morning and herbal teas usually every day. And lots and lots of water.

Neither, as coffee tastes horrible and tea looks gross. :P

peppermint tea, or earl grey tea with honey, chrysanthemum tea is also the best.
As for coffee, all coffee just tastes foul, unless its coffee flavoured milk.
Tea is always better for you than coffee.
