But I wasn't doing it for self harm. I was fiddling with a razor and I didn't THINK it was that sharp (it was.) So now I have little nicks on my hand.

How do I keep my parents from finding out until they heal?

You don't. If it really was an accident, then it's no big deal, and should be treated as such. If they ask about it, just tell them what you just told us.

Yeah don't worry, it happens. I used to have cuts all over my legs just because I was having a hard time using the razor haha. There's no reason for them to think you're lying, besides, self harming cuts are usually very recognizable

And I'm literally watching them heal like I look at them every two hours or so and call me crazy but they look better every time.

This is a learning experience. I should not take my pencil sharpener apart then play with the blade.
