The aspie cartoon characters topic inspired me, so........what cartoon characters do you suspect of being ADHD? I think:

The more insane characters in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Especially Bo-bobo and Don Patch)
Daggett (Angry Beavers)

Lots of people (or creatures) with AD/HD appear to be obnoxious.
