Getting banned from multiple forums

In all my years of the internet I've NEVER managed to not get banned from just about every forum I've logged onto.



Even the IGN forums banned me



I don't mock people, I'm not bigoted, I don't challenge authority (most of the time), or spam. I guess it's my unorthodox opinions on alot of subjects that makes people assume I'm trolling but I'm usually 100% serious.




could it be my aspergers seeping through the keyboard or am I just an annoying person?




I've pretty much accepted the fact that I don't really fit in anywhere.



Anyone else experience this?

That's strange. How long does it usually take you to finally get banned? Or how many posts? Do you not get into an argument with other posters? Let's see how you go here on WP. I'm sure you'll be all right. My opinions are sometimes weird, too, but I'm still managing not to be banned.

it usually takes about a year....averaging 5 post a day.



no arguments, I do like to debate, challenging ideas and have my own ideas challenged also. But never name calling, threats or anything like that.



But that's only on forums where I let loose and become "myself"......speaking my mind, etc.



As long as I occasionally post here and there like i've been doing I don't think I'll ever get banned from WP.

As long as no one is personally insulted or attacked,

( "you are dumb, you are naive, you are ignorant" type comments)

As long as people's rights to their differing opinions is respected,

AND

As long as we all remember that there are MANY different degrees or levels of Asperger's, Autism, Tourette's, etcetera, and accommodate that fact, there should be no reason for you to feel unwelcome here.

In addition, banning follows warnings and reminders of the rules. Membership here means accepting the rules.

Personally, I like it here!

How does someone get banned from one forum and not another?

I thought people could only get banned from websites, and not the forums in them (or the threads in the forums).

Its pretty hard to get banned from WP unless you really really want to get banned like making threats and constantly insult the mods etc!
