If a person is severly disabled with a few mental problems what should he or she do for love and sex remembering they probably look undesirable for the opposite or same sex?

The person should look for a partner who got the same problems. Two disabled people might get along with each other quite well. ;) Just as two Aspies make a good couple.

That person should do everything that other people do.If someone is disabled,it doesn`t mean that he/she should not have a partner.Disabled people have needs as everyone else.

What does it mean to be "disabled" in this context?
