changing the time settings

Hey, im having a problem, I live in the vancouver area of canada,but all the dates and times listed for when ive sent messages are a day ahead. Could i get some advice on changing my time settings? Asistance would be appreciated:)

The timezone in your profile is currently set to GMT+10.
Is that correct for your location? :wink:

Go to: My Account (top right of the screen), select "Edit Profile", then scroll down the list until you see "Forums Timezone". Select the appropriate timezone from the drop-down box to the right of this and click the "Save Profile Changes" button a little further down the screen.
