Again, self-explanatory.

I'm a college graduate now, as I've said before. The fact that it took me eight years says something about me.

I released a solo pop album called "Quartermoon" about two years ago which no one knew about. It took me a solid year to create it but it went nowhere. Oh well. I did release my first book to Amazon last week so I guess that's an accomplishment.

Mine is getting my current job. It's an extremely difficult position to get, and it is essentially the kind of job I've always dreamed of having.

I had four babies, the last three of which were born at home with a midwife with no drugs.

Tossup ... put myself through college and earned an MSEE ... became a father ... earned an Honorable Discharge from the Navy ... mastered the three-egg omelet ... deleted all traces of my membership in Mensa ...

Cream of Tartar? I've heard that's the secret.

Nope! Black pepper & Lawry's Seasoned Salt only!

1/8 cup of skim milk per egg; mix well (no froth); real butter in pan; low heat; cook mixture on low until only thin layer of liquid is left on top; add a small amount of cheese, mushrooms and spinach; fold in half; cook until no liquid remains; slide onto plate; serve with brown rice.

And practice ... practice ... practice ...

:D

I stood up to my sociopathic, abusive stepfather. When he was arrested for counterfeiting money, I gathered up the evidence, called the police, barricaded myself in my room, and held out against family members trying to get in until the police came. Then I threw the evidence out the window to give them probable cause. That was when his lies started breaking down. He was only given probation, but after that he was a lot less ready to hit me and my sister because he knew he'd go to jail if he did. I was fourteen.

I don't know if that's really an accomplishment, but it was probably the bravest thing I've ever done, and the most frightened I've ever been, both at once.

And darn it, Fnord, now I'm craving omelettes.

wow :o no drugs? you are one tough cookie. I used to work in a labor and delivery unit and saw women in the utmost agony with no analgesia
anyways, my proudest achievement is that I have gotten thoroughly under my belt, the art of digital audio restoration of corrupted audio files. it took me 2+ decades of trial and error [lots more of the latter].

Mine would also be my Bachelor's Degree with honours. I just graduated last year at 27 years of age after dropping out for a few years.

Reunited a lost child with his mother. It was around this time last year, I believe.
