Based on the movie thread with the similar title.

I'll admit, this might not work because there are so very many television shows, so let's limit it to shows with very large and/or very devoted fan bases, or just list the genre. Feel free to include older shows of the same criteria that for whatever reason, you never watched. If you want, include shows (doesn't have to be popular shows) that you want to see, but haven't been able to for lack of time, Netflix, etc.

Some of the ones I have/had no interest in:
The Walking Dead
True Blood
Game of Thrones
Lost
Most comedies
All reality shows

Saw some episodes of, but didn't care for:
Battlestar Galatica

Ones I want to see:
Supernatural
Classic Doctor
Star Trek: DS9, most of Voyager, most of TOS

Especially Jersey Shore and Geordie shore. But probably lots of other shows, there are so many!

With most of these, I have seen a few episodes but they didn't hold my interest (in other words, I didn't see what the hype was about):

Game of Thrones
The Walking Dead
Breaking Bad
Downton Abbey
Supernatural
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
True Blood
Lost
Attack on Titan
Lucky Star and other "moe" anime

The same for me with these.
I was curious about Game of thrones, but never got around to watch it. Seemed to be more about power struggles than magic. Meh.
I started watching True Blood, but as much as I love vampires and werewolves, the first couple of episodes were far too sexed up for my taste.

Big bang theory.
Crime series.
Most if not all drama series.
Anything that is meant to be an erotic series.

I have gone through my entire life up to this point without watching a single episode of Doctor Who.

I'm not avoiding it. I just never got around to it.

I just can't watch any commercial tv. with the exception of those weight-loss programs, but not the one featuring that witch named jillian.

I love any sci-fi show, but I'm usualy well and truly occupied when they come on, and I ain't stoppin' for nobody.

The first 10 minutes of the news was about my only staple. When the sports came on, the TV went off.

My area switched to digital TV Christmas last year. I still don't have a digital decoder, so havn't watched any TV for 7 months. Can't say I miss it too often.

Actual selection of actual series people around me raved about but I couldn't get into:
Game of Thrones (I've read the books, so ...)
How I Met Your Mother
Family Guy
South Park
Sex and the City
Gilmore Girls
Dangerous Housewives
...

I just don't like sitcoms (notable exceptions are the ones I watched as a young kid and Community), casting shows (think AI / ANTM / X Factor / ...) , 'reality' TV, or anything else that is based on trying to make the audience feel good by putting someone else down. :(
Not a fan of overly sexualised material, either (one of the things that put me off HBO's version of GoT), though I suspect that may be about presentation rather than actual content (i.e. how the scenes are filmed / presented).

Game of Thrones (Looks like over-glorified porn)
Pretty Little Liars (Looks way too melodramatic and has stereotypical girls)
Switched at Birth (Bratty teenage daughter cliché--and I HATE clichés)
Naruto (used to like it, but got sick of all the fillers)
Inuyasha (same as Naruto)
Bleach (same as Naruto and Inuyasha)
Bo-Bo-Bo (somebody was smoking something FIERCE 8O)

Too many to list, though TruBlood (had trouble with the accents), Game of Thrones (too complicated) and Big Bang Theory (didn't translate very well) definitely make the top of the list (at the time of writing this) -- I just personally find it easier to get into things when the hype dies down; there's less chance of feeling guilty/uncomfortable/awkward for being disappointed with something everyone else loves. And I like liking things because I like them, not because I'm indirectly told to.

Lots of them since I was a child:

Seinfeld. Not funny.
Friends: More then not funny, so dumb it gives me agrresions.
That series about the three witches about 10 years ago. Dont know, that Sex and the City girl behaviour gives me aggressions.

Actual series: 2 broke girls. I think that was invented to torture prisoners in Guantanamo. Another series goes for that as well, I think "the new girl" or "the mean girl" or whatever.

Lost: Didnt see the first episodes, and so couldnt catch up with the later ones.

True blood...oh please, no more "serious" romantic vampires. Buffy with Spike was already on the limit, and that series wasnt meant serious. ^^ But after all of that "Yawn" or "Dawn" films, I cant stand any new.

Games of Thrones: Want to read the books, but right now I am into another endless bookseries. ^^

OC California: Whenever I zapped in, some guys where arguing and hysterical crying about nonsense. O_o

Dr. Who: Beside Scrubs and Dr. House I dont like Dr. and Hospital series (or general Dr. series that are based on dramas, romance...), and the last ones I gave a try, really were as boring as expected. (The one with the asian doctress and the black doc.)

Yop, I know already. I was informed 4 weeks ago, after I wondered myself why good friend of us, had the crazy idea to present us with Dr. Who series for wedding, when none of us both likes Dr. series. XD

Edit: About the last poster...oh hell, all that "We search a singstar!" shows and similar nonsense, I tried to eridicate out of my mind completly.
