I feel like doing something to myself and I don't want to say what it is because I don't want to be reported and then taken away from my house I don't know if I will but its how I feel , feels like everyone's out to get me. like get the Asperger's kid, hmmm that's all. I want my loan what I applied for so I can get away from where I live when I need to as well, I'm buying a kayak to go out on the ocean and get away I've just had enough. I don't want to but I feel I cant take more like I said I think everyone's out to get me...

I will go far out in the ocean because I would have less fear being on a kayak getting circled by sharks with 10ft waves coming at me than being in a social situation, the feeling in my chest at the moment oh if only you could feel it..

I think that apart from the circling sharks, the exercise might do your anxiety good.

You should probably speak to your doctor about the paranoia.

Even if you were taken away from your home (which is unlikely), then surely that's a fate better than death?

What do you mean by "it's not meant to be"?

The people on this forum are not equipped to handle a situation like this. Please get to the hospital and get some well needed therapy and medications. I hope you will be ok.

I think you'll be ok. Your blood will clot. And If it was that bad you wouldn't be able to type about it. However, you must apply pressure to the wound and seek medical help.

Hey Buddy, We are here. We won't leave you.

I think you should get help from a good doctor. Even if you move you may still feel the same way you feel now because a lot of feelings like this are actually internal. Sometimes other people treat us a certain way because of what we are projecting from the troubles we feel inside. I think that if you get help dealing with those things you will find that other people will treat you better. I believe that you have so much potential. You really do, you may not see it now because the clouds are thick, but they do clear away, I promise.

But please don't despair. Please don't hurt yourself like that. I know what it feels like to want to. I have wanted to before, more than once. But you are my friend here on Wrong Planet and I would cry if you hurt yourself. I would be very sad and upset if you left us. I really would, I am not just saying that, really. I would really hurt if you did something terrible.

Kayaking is wonderful. Do it responsibly and it will bring you great joy and release. Do it rashly and it will make things worse. I hope you will choose to enjoy kayaking in a responsible manner. I would really like that very much for you.

Hugs,
Your Friend,
Skibum

Have you called a medical center? You may need stitches or antibiotics.

In the meantime, wash with clean water, find some clean bandages and cover the injuries. If you can just get sterile bandages for the layer that's against the skin, you're fine; you can wrap towels or paper towels around above that. Don't wrap them too tightly because that can just cut off circulation. Just securely, and press down on them until the bleeding stops. If it doesn't, call an ambulance. Otherwise, you can probably get yourself down to an urgent care center to have it looked at. If the cuts are gaping open, if you have cut any tendons, nerves, or blood vessels, you will need medical care. If they're not, if it's superficial just through the skin and the bleeding has stopped, you are probably going to be fine and should just keep things clean. Shallow cuts will heal very well without bandages after the bleeding has stopped. If you need stitches, you should get in to a medical center soon because docs won't stitch up wounds that you got too long ago, which means they'll have to heal without stitches, which means more scarring.

If you're physically okay, let's go for the cleanup. Blood is very difficult to get out of things. Any clothing you've got blood on can be soaked in cold water. Don't use hot water; that only makes it worse. Carpet can be cleaned by scrubbing with a brush; again, cold water. Don't leave it too wet. There are enzymatic cleaners, usually found in the pet supplies section, that can help get blood stains out of carpet if the soap-and-water treatment doesn't work.

You're probably pretty frustrated and desperate right now. Can't be pleasant. For the time being, perhaps it would help to distract yourself with some activity you enjoy--something not too demanding that will just pass the time until your emotions aren't overwhelming you any more. Things will be easier to deal with when some time has passed.

If you are still thinking about suicide, call emergency services or call a suicide hotline. While being in the hospital is boring and no fun, they can keep you from doing anything permanent for a little while, until you've figured out what your next steps are going to be. Often times, when a person is desperate like that, they can't see the next steps, and life seems like a dead end... in reality, there are near-infinite solutions to any problem, even when it doesn't feel like there are any at all.

I hope you went to the hospital & got patched up.

If you stay clean & out of trouble, the cops can visit you as much as they like and not be able to do a thing. Its no fun having them watch you, been there, but like I said they can't do anything to you, when theres nothing for them to find. Eventually they will grow bored and move on to something else.

Speak to a doctor and tell him how you are feeling and what you've done. I know that feeling of regret after cutting, it's like you're snapped back to reality and you realize what's happened. Stay calm, focus on breathing and relaxation and speak to a doctor asap.
