I'm a unrepentant carnivore, I'll even eat a raw 12oz steak with my bare hands. Is anyone else a major carnivore like me , a moderate meat eater or a veggie/vegan. Meat contributes to about 75% of my diet.

I always make sure I have meat every day. I like the look of raw meat (except chicken), and often I think that raw liver looks good enough to eat as it is. Lamb has the nicest taste and I love steak with onions.

Nearly every meal, I would say. Though it is refreshing to have food at times without it.

I used to be a vegetarian for a specific health reason for about two years. After two years, I cautiously started eating meat again and the problem never recurred.

When I ate my first hamburger in two years, it didn't taste good at all. In fact, it took a number of hamburgers before they tasted okay. The same thing applied to steak and other meats.

I would gladly switch back to being vegetarian again provided I had more time to cook (cooking as a vegetarian took longer than as a meat eater) and a better source of vegetarian foods. When I was a vegetarian, I lived in the Houston area and had a plentiful supply of places to find good products. Where I live now, it is much more difficult to find anything out of the ordinary -- our local grocery store is only about 4,000 square feet and basically just carries the essentials.

More often than once or twice a week,
yet less often than once or twice a day.

I'm semi-vegetarian. I do consume dairy products, eggs, and honey, though I get organic as much as possible. I eat seafood, but not everyday, as I had a gastric bypass some years ago and have to be sure I'm absorbing sufficient protein, B12, and iron.

I'm a (non-lacto-ovo) vegetarian.

I don't need self-control, as meat tastes absolutely vile.

I consume less meat and fat these days than I have been used to, but my ethos now is mainly good carb, pro-vegan foods that detoxify and boost levels of awareness, although some supplements help. I'm glad I don't smoke nicotine but I often feel an urge now and again to drink that one coffee. I can think of better ways to brush up on my carbs and underlying fitness levels so to speak, and I have my Pilates teacher to partly thank for that.

lots of veggetarian aspies like me! I got surprised here. But maybe it has to do with interest on animals, high empathy or diggestion problems

Being borderline hypoglycemic, I do best when I have meat once or maybe twice a day. Nothing else seems to stabilize my blood sugar levels as well.

At least once or twice a day on average. I got to have my animal meat! My blood type calls for it. I would become malnourished if I went vegetarian and especially vegan!
