Basically i have stimming or tics with my aspergers and it includes, popping and locking my jaw, popping my shoulders in and out of their sockets, rotating my wrist 360 degrees and clicking them, bending my shoulder blades together, clencing my draw, slowly pushing down really hard on my neck while rotating it and being my fingers together i also have GAD.

Any way my neck goes into spasm quite frequently and i occasionally get my neck locked and panic a bit until it unlocks, I'm quite scared what can i do to stop myself from doing this?

P:S Im 14 if that helps.

Well, clearly those things are not soothing your anxiety, so they are not stims. They sound more like self-harming to me, you might want to talk to a therapist about that, there might be meds that would help.

Are you sure it could be self harming? why would i do that i mean i have thought sometimes when i get really upset or anxious i think of killing myself or harming myself but i never have really done it.

When I was your age I got frequent neck sapasms that kept me out of the sports I used to play for awhile but it eventually went away. It could be OCD or tourettes, but I don't know much about either of those either than my slight OCD tendencies. Just do more research on the internet and at the library if you want to go into what it is more, if not then I'm sure there is some kind of therapy you could do at home.
