NORWAY: Companies Only Hiring People with Aspergers

Here in Norway now, we are currently developing companies and corporations who will ONLY hire people with Aspergers. There you will get the role you fit most to.

Lets say there's a ASP company specializing in creating Apps for iOS. If you are more interested in coding the apps instead of designing the interface and visuals, and you can prove your skills,
you will get that role! You will also recieve education by the company, it is not required to have knowledge from before. This is just as much of a school as a job.
Currently there have been two companies here. One specializing in finding system errors and failures in software, while the other specialized in photo printing. The latter mentioned, was sadly lost.

Now, the third company is in development and will be ready for hiring in 2014. This company will be raised in my own county, and it will specialize in creating apps for other industries.
Myself as a want-to-become- game designer, but do not have the rights to get an academic background, hope that this company combined with my hobby-game projects, will be enough to get me inside a
small indie game developer later in life.

This shoud be a revolutionary and joyful message to America............if they dont already have Asperger Companies.
And for me, this will be my first step on my long uncertain journey towards the video game industry

I'm half Norwegian, I even speak some Norsk... Are you talking about Specialisterne? They already have U.S. branches I've been trying to get in at, although they just specialize in SQA. I'm a full-stack mobile webware dev so I'm quite curious...

Wish this existed in Australia.

I've worked a lot in browsers, operating systems, software analyses, mobile devices and open source in general, so a lot of these companies are of interest to me. I'm mostly into startups and hackathons but I'm open to corporate work.
