This test would reveal how you would act when in relationship.

Avoidance score of 3.36. Anxiety score of 4.6. I'm preoccupied and my relationships will be conflictual at best. That is what my test told me.

5.2 out of a 7 for anxiety.
3.7 out of 7 for attachment-related avoidance.

I haven't had a girlfriend for a while, so most of these questions are null.

6.08 anxiety
1.62 avoidance

Seems like a fancy way of saying clingy.

About a third of the way out and up in the "preoccupied" quadrant-- I'm not usually like that, but had some BS in my last relationship that has made me more on-edge than I used to be. Hoping to regain that security in time.

I don't think this test is really helpful to me because in the questions it keeps involving this "partner" in question and I never had a intimate relationship. I cannot predict how I would react to the scenarios that I am given because the friends I had were more of play buddies. Maybe if the questions included people like friends, siblings (if you have any) parents, or guardians. I didn't finish the test because the questions were repetitive, which is fine but it kept slapping the "partner" subject which I cannot imagine myself with a partner or how I would interact with them until I get involved in a relationship that involves more than just playing with them. I answered around 17-21 questions so maybe my criticism is invalid as you get farther into the test.

Previous research on attachment styles indicates that secure people tend to have relatively enduring and satisfying relationships. They are comfortable expressing their emotions, and tend not to suffer from depression and other psychological disorders.

I wouldn't agree that I'm comfortable talking about my feelings, but I don't actively shut them out and I don't worry about whether or not they really care.
