Nervous break down in my car

I just did a presentation on fruits induced hypertension. I Know the material , but the all 42 students are looking at me as I they know I was going to have an attack. I finished it , but I was Nervous wreck on the inside with a s**t eating grin on the outside. Now I feel depressed and anxious. The extroverts zapped my energy. I just want to leave an d scream my he's off. You don't have to respond I just needed to vent

I might not have anything to say that you would like to hear, but my first thought upon reading your post was 'damn, the OP sounds as though they've done a brilliant job giving a presentation in front of 42 people without showing them their anxiety'.
