How do I deal with Bipolar, OCD, Asperger's, ADHD in school?
My anxiety is so bad I dont even stsy in class anymore. I cant focus, im hyper, the noise and crowds bother me, the work bothers me,so now I have to walk around th school with a paraprofessional following me around and I spend al my time in IRR staff offices. I barely get any work done, my grades suck, I hate my parapro, I hate everyting. How do I survive? By the way Im 15.
I'm so sorry that you have to deal with all of this. I found my escape in books when I was your age. If I could find one book that would hold my attention, I would be able to make it through all of my classes because for me, I wasn't really in those classes. I was in the book.
Granted, you might get into trouble for reading in class, but at least you are physically present to soak in what you need to pass.
I have almost all of those, not Bipolar (I think). I still struggle to deal with Tourettes in the classroom environment.
Find some way to fidget or get yourself to focus in class. The big thing for me was drawing. As long as I can draw or twitch, I can focus on what's happening. Hang around with the right people, they're nice, and that you have confidence and trust in them that they won't do something rash, and that they are people to go to when you are feeling down.

I have those (except for OCD). I agree with what the others have said. Once you finish school you can focus more directly on specific areas/pathways that interest you (I find with ADHD and Asoergers in particular, it's a lot easier to focus if it's a topic you're passionate about). School is hard because you're forced into a fixed set of classes and routines, best thing to do is to make the best of it you can and plan ahead once you figure out what directions may work for you. In terms of bipolar, first thing to focus on is getting your meds right. There are other things you can do to help yourself as well but without proper medication if you're severe enough it's nearly impossible to manage. If you're medicated then taking lots of fish oil can definitely help, as well as regular and plentiful exercise. I would actually recommend high endurance/high physical requirement sport/exercise (like long distance running, team sports that require lots of movement, or stuff like parkour - which is what i do currently. When I was in high school I used to go running before school every day). I find this helps a lot with mood stabilization, especially in the case of depression. If all you can manage is stuff like walking that's good too, but I can guarantee that maximizing your fitness level helps a lot.

I used to feel like that, too. (Thank god I'm in college now.)
During school I talked to my teachers about this, or rather my mom did, and they let me do the work in a separate room away from all the other students and noises so I could concentrate on the work. And then when I was done with that I could get my book out of my bag and just read for the rest of the lesson until class was over. On some days this method worked, on others it didn't but it sure made it easier for me to go to school at all and not just stay at home.
