Good day, ladies and gentlemen.
My name is Chris, and I am fortunate enough to join this forum.
I am 20 right now (though as of the time I'm posting this, I will be 21 next Tuesday).
I was diagnosed as an Aspie prior to entering Kindergarten in 1998, though I did not discover my disorder until prior to entering high school in 2007.
I am a Catholic, having been Baptized last November 2013. No, we don't worship Mary, but if you want, I will clear up any misconceptions you may have about us Catholics.
Like some (if not all) Aspies, I have strong interests in TV as well as anime; those two fields of entertainment have shaped my ability to understand certain situations in real life (even though most of the shows I watch are completely fictitious). But, there also is a kick to my disorder. And for myself, that would be that I cannot stand popular science (such as doomsday scenarios), or fire alarms. If I'm in a situation I'm uncomfortable with, I have a tendency to bail out on the spot (as unmanly as that may seem).
Right now, I have a beautiful fiance, whom I've been engaged to last October. I'm currently attending a college called Lone Star in Texas, and I want to become a novelist. Even so, I'm writing a romance novel even as I speak.
If you've any questions, please ask.
