Lot of comment in the media here lately about how zoplicone can wrecks your normal sleep cycles for a long time after you stop taking it. I hated it's taste and the groggy/befogged state it made me awake to. Not going there again!
Do find that magnesium combined with L-Theanine amino acid before bedtime gives me very refreshing sleep, better than any prescription sleeping drug I have ever used.
yeah seconding that, cant remember the taste as am on a handful of tablets in the morning and at night but can remember the sleep issues worser than ever after the hospital stopped the zopiclone script, aparently its what our local hospitals routinely prescribe to inpatients on all types of wards, melatonin is better in own view but then that eventualy builds up tolerance to just not anywhere near as quickly.
am on magnesium supplement but never tried it with L-T AA,thanks for that idea will ask the gp if he will prescribe am not allowed to have anything that doesnt have a gps signature on it.
