Mario or Sonic or both ?

Or Nintendo or Sega or both ? Which one did you grow up with ? I was sort of both as my cousins had both systems when I was little

I guess Nintendo saved the game industry when it crashed back in the mid 80's and Sega was it's only competitor.

Too bad Sega went out of business and I though it was as good as the Nintendo and Super Nintendo.

I guess it didn't have as much support from game developers but at least it had Sonic the hedgehog to compete with Mario

Never played either. The only gaming I did was PC based.

I clicked on sonic. I've never played it because video games make me have some kind of funny turn.

So I clicked on sonic because I reckon he's well cute.

I grew up with both, but I like Mario better because I grew up playing mostly Nintendo games as a kid. My favorite games include Super Mario Bros. 1 through 3, Super Mario World, The Lost Levels, Mario Bros. arcade game, the Super Smash Bros. series, Paper Mario series, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii, among others. I also remember the Donkey Kong arcade game, which was Mario's first appearance.

My daughters favourite is Super Mario. I think she plays it on the Wii.

Absolutely love both. I really hope that a crossover action game happens at some point.

Bot. Of course, if I mention that to the adolescent men-children who argue pointlessly and stupidly on the internet over who or what is better, both sides will want my head on a stake.

I like sonic the hedgehog more, although I must admit that Mario also makes good games

I'm more of a Mario person, but I like them both.

I prefer Mario. Although I like the Sonic games, I'm not a huge fan of the character itself.

Whenever I play the Mario video games, I feel like making mario jumping sounds. That little yelp he makes is a sensory pleasure.
