I did write this today and I called it
"My Inner Child Calls the Shots". But I don't really like that.

I don't want to wave at the driver on the bus
I can't smile when I get off and say "Thanks for taking care of us!"

The best I can do is sit on my bed and trust
if I'm angry

I like it. I don't think children's publishers would, though LOL.

Unless you rephrase it slightly, to something like "lonely is safe, sometimes," instead of merely "lonely is safe."

Yes. I tend to look really different in different pictures for some reason though. So, a picture I took maybe a couple days after this one I look like a different person.
