It sure seems like the system should have done more sooner. Then they might not need a five year sentence followed by five years probation. I mean, a one year sentence might have sufficed earlier.

This cow poo thing is disgusting, I think he is a deeply messed up in the mind.

There is the question of his he mad or bad

I do not know if it is sexual pervision (evil) or some defect in the mind (a sad case)

Reminds me a little of the North Carolina man who was caught having sex with a horse at a local farm. He was arrested, convicted, and served his time. Then what do you know - the guy goes back to the exact same farm, and is caught having sex with the exact same horse. This gentleman was also clearly mentally addled.
