My name is Rio and I'm 24. I'm supposed to be graduating with my Android in health and fitness. I've been diagnosed with ADHD, Depression and Asperger's. I feel like I've been wanting to join this site for a long while now, but I feel my anxiety gets in the way like I never know what to say even if it's just online. I hope to meet some new people. Sorry for the long post I'm not used to posting stuff anywhere

You sound just like me and I wonder whether you were as scared as I was when hitting 'Submit' on my first post 😳
It's great here, no communication pressure, I take my time with posting (nobody impatiently waiting for me to either start or stop talking;) and there's always lots of interesting posts to read 😊
