What shows do you watch that just thinking about it gets you pumped outta your mind?

Let me get the party started by saying Fullmetal Alchemist is the one show that pumps me up the most. It also pisses me off that when most people think anime they think Dragonball or Speed Racer and NOT Fullmetal.

I've been a fanatical viewer of -

Madmen
Breaking Bad
The Venture Brothers
The X Files
Twin Peaks
The Walking Dead

I am sure there are others. These shows have captured my imagination to the point that I would talk non-stop about them.

Dexter
The Walking Dead
The X Files
True Detective
Death Note was pretty cool but it was way better before L died.
I also like Louis Theroux documentaries and documentaries in general.

I go on my kicks, watch whole series until I have watched every last one of them.

Star Trek, all series and movies (inc-, deep space 9, next generation, Babylon, etc)
Dr-Who
Sliders
Twilight zone
Stargate SG-all
Star Wars
Farscape
Lexx
The X-Files
The Outer Limits
Night Gallery
Quantum Leap
Tales from the Crypt
Planet of the Apes
My Favorite Martian
Battlestar Galactica
Mork and Mindy
The Time Tunnel
The Incredible Hulk
Tremors

Those were mostly just series, where I have lost track i seen so many, and there has been series of movies, like spiderman, hulk, x-men, etc.. but don't take me wrong, I do not only watch sci-fi, I watch and enjoy even more ancient history documentaries. once I start in on a series I do not stop till I watch them all. Imagine watching every last star trek show and movies there is, and all those related too them, i drive people nuts with them sometimes.

GOT, even though I am constantly disappointed by its unnecessary and inferior diversions from the books.

Sliders lost its way when Arturo died. I mean it got really bad. To add insult to injury, he did not quit, but they sacked him because they wanted cast members to appeal to younger demographics. The show was never going to win any awards but the original 4 cast members were great and those first seasons had an eery quality that I liked.

George RR Marin wrote several episodes of a series with the same premise as Sliders, but was never made. Those scripts were recently turned into a comic book series.

I enjoyed Sliders, just one of the biggest turn offs for me was the "crying man", they could have come up with something a little more interesting then that for plucky comic relief. and your right, after Arturo was no more the show kind of took a nose dive. the movie theme could have gone off about forever, but like with many movies people seems to run out of ideas and so try the same things with different twists, and most of all they start to focus on the characters to much instead of the original movie plot. In other words the writers ran out of imagination.

This.

I've been obsessed with it and it's easy for me to feel that way again. I don't know many shows or series so there might be more that I'd enjoy a lot. I'm quite curious about GoT, I've never seen anything of it but people keep on saying how awesome it is so I guess I'll stream it. As for movies, I watched some Hayao Miyazaki animation movies and they made me feel obsessed afterwards, which is by the way a sign that I'm doing alright. :) I started one last night but I had to sleep so I'll continue with it today. I see a lot of titles here, perhaps I could try some!
