Question is in the title...both, neither, one or the other...?

Can't pick one, I like both, I was originally really arty as a kid because I couldn't read or anything but now I love science because its sort of my life but I paint at weekends/holidays always looking for things to paint.

I like both. I love how science is systematic.. logical... reasonable...
I like how art is undefinable and without expectations.

i don't think i could choose a preference--both are extremely important to me, just for different reasons.

weirdly enough, since i didn't grow up in a household with a strong religious/spiritual tradition, i feel like my curiosity about the sciences has always satisfied the part of myself that wishes to know god (i think most humans have this aspect to themselves, this yearning for the divine, but what differs from person to person is the intensity of influence this part has over us and how it's expressed). ever since i was a small child and began to understand how science can teach us about the nature of the cosmos we inhabit, i have been drawn to know more, to know Creation through studying the natural laws that govern it.

at the same time, the more i have learned about the universe, the more i have come to recognise and appreciate the beauty that permeates it. i look at images of something like the carina nebula and i think god must be a painter.

I just love the absurd and both art and science are just that. Absurd.

Neither.

I hate science and have no interest in art. Well, I like writing, but when most people hear 'art' they think of painting, drawing, and music. I like some music, but not a wide variety.

I like both. I'm better at the arts, though (though not visual art)

They are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

My first thought is: an artful display of science, ie a well made documentary, or a scientific, technical book written to be engaging.

Having said that, I do prefer the world of facts and verifiable claims over the world of the subjective.

I don't think I could ever choose. In a way, I guess I see a bit of art in science, and science in art.

Both. However I prefer science over art.

Both, although the only science I have managed to understand so far is biology.

When push comes to shove, I'll always describe myself as a scientist and an artist. More specifically, I consider myself a painter-biologist. Both science and art are very, very important to me, and very close to my heart.

I love science but I love art too. I can't go a single day without writing. Science fascinates me.
