Seriously, though, although I agree with about 95% of the points made by the OP, I wish Americans would not post such complaints. I don't believe the US is being unfairly maligned by posters from any other country EXCEPT the US. I do get annoyed by people in the US who complain about a certain aspect of life and assume their problem wouldn't exist in any other country. For example, someone who whines that a TV show like "Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo" couldn't exist in any other country, despite the fact that this sort of programming mostly originated in Asia, Europe, and Latin America and was eventually imitated by US producers, motivated by a perplexing desire to produce more income.
