During camp last year, my counselor wrote down her e-mail address. Then, a few months ago, I saw it again. I looked in my mother's desk for the note with it, as I saw it there. I looked yesterday, and I couldn't find it. But I think I remember it, but I want to be sure before I send an e-mail. So, should I send an e-mail to the address I think I remember? Or should I tell my mother to find the note? And should I send an e-mail to someone I haven't seen in 9 months in the first place? PLEASE HELP ME!! !! !

IF YOU ARE GOING TO POST IN THE KIDS' CRATER, GET RID OF THE OFFENSIVE TAG ABOUT THE CAR IN YOUR SIGNATURE BLOCK.

PLEASE

Now can we get back on-topic?

P. S. If you are an adult, why did YOU post in the Kid's Crater?!

Thank you for getting rid of the signature. I really appreciate it!

I lurk here a lot. Often unsafe people will invade a kids forum. Although its the moderators job to watch for them, they can't be on 24/7 so I look in too.

I don't post often.

Now that you are hopefully off your tangient...
Hmmmm?

Do you like this counselor? If so email her.

If you are trying to badger her for the wrong
reasons? No, don't

What is your feeling about this councelor and
why is it important?

And I did have her for a week(that's how long my camp is)...and I'm not trying to badger her at all, she isn't even hot(I did have a "greater interest" in another counselor, but that's another story)! :)

I like your style. You can be a crass,
and then again so can I. So now that
is said lets get to the business at hand.

I have thought of a catch phrase for you.

"As the NY171 turns", as I have one
for my drama's in life "As the
Ghosthunter turns". I hope you
like that catch phrase.

Inregards to emailing this person, why?

Most inquisitively,
Ghosthunter

You could try sending a e-mail but please don't be too disappointed if your counsellor doesn't remember too much about you. I guess it depends if you talked a lot during the camp and became good friends.

Maybe you could put a heading something like "remember me?" and go from there. It's worth a try if this is worrying you, which it seems to be doing. I guess if you never try, you'll always wonder if you should have.

I would keep it short in the beginning, and if she e-mails you back, then feel free to talk more. The first e-mail I would send would probably read something like this:

Hey, Counselor. Do you remember me from camp? I just wanted to ask you how you were doing and everything. -Me

Okay, that's a pathetic example, but you probably get my point. I wouldn't send her a long e-mail the first time around, especially if you did not spend a lot of time around her at camp.

If you feel comfortable emailing her, go right ahead. I'd also ask your mom to look for the note with the counselors email address. But like Namiko said, keep it short, and then if she replies and you know it is her, then feel free to keep on talking!
