My current favorites are :

'Bip Bop Bam, Look at this lamb!' (From a funny tumblr pin)

'normal view, Normal View, NORMAL VIEW!' (quote from mystery science theater 3000)

'Do you have any fruit!' (MST3K quote again)

What are yours right now?

Not echolalia but my word stim (if you can call it a word!) is doing farting noises.

I was out walking my rabbit one evening and was doing these funny farting noises to myself. I like to amuse myself like that. Until I realized one of my neighbours had popped out to have a smoke and was well within earshot of me. I never heard him; I smelled cigarette smoke

I don't know which is worse: him thinking that I was actually farting that much, or him knowing that I was making those noises by mouth

Fart noises are the best to make! They have endless variety :D

I hope you weren't *too* embarrassed. That is a very funny story! Maybe he thought it was the bunny!

My wife's mobile phone ring tone. I repeat the whistle instinctively within a second. I think its a Samsung Galaxy. Can't help it. I even do it unprompted in bars. People look at their phones sometimes thinking they have a message.

I know, eh? I have a whole repertoire of 'em!

And it would be obvious it wasn't the bunny - he's a dwarf bunny, and I was doing the noises kinda loud

I wasn't too embarrassed - those people have woken me up slamming the door more times than I care to count

Saying my own name as my mother did when she'd try to wake me up as a child. This is probably a little strange, but I find it to be one of the most soothing things.

Tra-la-la BOOM dee eh (long-A sound), have you had YOURS, t'day? (I never finish the lyric 'cause it's a little risqué----but, it goes: "I had mine YESterday, that's why I WALK this way".)

Also, "Bee Bop a Lula".

Also, I used to often speak in TV / movie dialogue and song lyrics.

Not echolia but whistling and bird noises. I actually taught myself how to make a very convincing loon call when I was about 8, and it's something that I can do that I've never seen anyone else able to do.

I also have this tic of sorts where I say "Hi dan" at work. My coworker is named Dan. He's cool with it.

All of these are great! I like trying out other people's :D

The mimicking is very likeable too- bird calls are difficult; convincing other humans of a noise is impressive!

Naughty limericks/songs are always fun to sing halfway through. All the humor, none of the public shame lol

I have a repertoire of lines from all my favourite TV shows that I'll say to myself whenever I feel like it. A lot of it is scripted dialogue between two characters, like this scene from Criminal Minds, LDSK (season 1):

"This is going to hit you, and when it does, there are three things you need to know. You did what you had to do, and a lot of good people are alive because of what you did."

"What's the third?"

"I'm proud of you."

There are a lot of funny ones too, none of which I can think of right now! I repeat lines from The Big Bang Theory to myself and my family all the time. My mom loves my impression of Howard's mother.

I've never even heard of word stims before. I guess that's what I had when I was 6 then. I would make the sound 'k' (not saying the letter's name, just saying the sound of it) repeatedly. It drove my mother nuts!
I only did at age six and only with 'k'. I didn't say it aloud either, I just made the 'k' sound sort of echo in mouth. It's hard to explain.

I've never had echolalia.

I often find myself clicking my tongue. It sounds kinda like the khoisan click language, but without any words, just clicking:

I also tend to meow like a cat. The bad thing is I sometimes forget I shouldn't do it and do it when other people are around. Fortunately they think there is a cat around most of the time and even when I tell them that was just me they won't believe. I guess I would make a decent kitty.

I have a few, not echolalia, but I do these daily and it winds my partner and stepson up.

"Knock knock" - I do it about 10 - 30 times a day. Funny thing is my partner and stepson always respond when I do it lol.
"Can I have a sausage roll" - When my stepson was 3 he once said this and it was cute. Since then I repeat this at least once a day. He's 7 now btw.
"I'm James. It's me just James" - I say this daily
"Ssssssssss" - Snake hissing noise. Again another daily thing.
"Hello there" - In an Irish accent. Daily thing. This actually came from a movie that I don't remember, but the quote was "hello down there in the fagalor hole"

There's probably more, but these are the ones my partner tells me I do a lot.

And beatboxing. I am ALWAYS beatboxing.

Looking back on my last post I've only just realised how bad they actually are. And to think I've done this for years without even thinking anything of it. Too late to worry about it now lmao.

my favorites out of all these are:

when Markiplier is just yelling nonsense at the candy cane

"whats the deal with the candy canes? is slender santa gonna come find me?!?'

" i played em all sister! i swung with em all, swung with the best!"

" oh by the way this games pure BS!"

" what is this game?! who made this and WHY!

" NO, M I DONT WANT IT!"

" ITS SONIC ITS SONIC!"

" I GIVE UP!, too little too late talking leg..."

"heres a list of other things i dont want him doing-ANYTHING ELSE BUT MY f*****g SURGERY!"

" NOT. EVEN. ONCE"

and many others.
