Black Boxed Script Errors

I noticed that after I updated my OS (Yosemite 10.10) and Firefox (33.1) I started getting a lot of script errors. I typically will browse the forums by opening several posts in different tabs, and this is when I get the errors.

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

When I try to debug the script, I am told that the source is black boxed.

Any idea on why this might be happening?
