I know there's movies like Mary And Max where they have confirmed aspies/autistics but these characters I've choosing that could fit the critera.

Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver
Driver from Drive
Barry Egan from Punch Drunk Love
George McFly from Back To The Future
Elias from Clerks 2
Randal from Clerks (It may sound weird but very possible. He's egocentric, says things people find rude, has no friends except for Dante who he always relies on, obsessive with movies and gets in pointless movie arguments and debates.)
AVGN (technically youtube character but has his own movie)

Scott Summers-X-Men
Danny Saunders-The Chosen (I am CONVINCED this is canon and they just didn't say it cause it's set in the 40s)
Illya Kuryakin-The Man from UNCLE (More of a TV Show than a movie, but eh, plus they're making a reboot of it next year! :D)
Steve Rogers-Avengers (OK, this is weird but there is SOMETHING about the way he talks and holds himself, the way he never quite looks anyone in the eye, his fighty-ness and how all of his social skills are either "stilted" (compared with the other characters) or explicitly scripted, just SOMETHING that screams autistic to me)
Natasha Romanoff-Avengers

I always thought Dustin Hoffman in the Rain Man was the best portrayal of someone with Autism in movies. Not as good as he was with numbers, but wasn't too bad when I was much younger.

Yee haw! I just made it to a flutterbye. That's what paterkillers turn into when they exit the pupae.

I can't name any movie characters that haven't already been brought up, but if I'm allowed to delve into TV shows?

The eponymous Daria Morgendorffer. Definitely an Aspie.
