I just recently started participating in Crossfit. One thing that I don't like is the noise level but the box's owner lets me come in when it's quiet and we do our workouts 1 on 1 rather than with a group. I love heavy lifting. Starting Crossfit has made me much happier. I thought I would pass it on so that others may try it and possibly benefit from it.
Crossfit can be a good thing. The only problem is that 90% of all trainers out there don't know what the phuck they're doing, and thus the training regime does more harm than good.
