I am sometimes invited to chats in game sessions as group thing and I want to join them but am always a bit weary of joining and a bit scared I'd say something stupid or something like that. Just wondering if anyone else has this? What would be the best thing to do and how is the best way to talk to people? :)

I'm on ps4 but whenever I get invited to party chat I deny it because I hate it when trolls ask embarassing questions and I fall for them.

ps4 too. I do ok in party chats I just try to refrain from talking much but then some troll joins and starts repeating anything I say to make fun of me. like we'll playing bf4 and hes not. so I say stuff like theres guy on the tower so my team can know only for him to repeat it 2-3 times and laugh. makes me feel like middle school all over again. so i go silent and just let my team get killed by enemy that could been avoided.

video games seem to be place with bullies go to be asses to others.
