http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2122614/Autism-Survey

I made an Autism survey. It’s mostly asking about co-morbid conditions and disorders.

It only has 39 questions and shouldn’t take too long. I’d really appreciate if you could do this!
It's also anonymous.

Also if i screwed anything up or didn’t use appropriate language please let me know right away! Just send me a message! Don’t forget to share for others to do it!? :D

I put "I don't know" for a few of the answers. What are you planning on doing with the results?

Thank you for doing it!
Mostly just curiosity and self-reassurance. I'm also planning on studying Psychology so hopefully I can work in a field where I can help Autistic people and help other people understand us better.
I may post some results that I find interesting for us to debate.

You didn't specify if only people diagnosed on the spectrum are supposed to take it.

I would like to know the results if you can post them.

I thought I was the only one with a really poor memory. This has affected being diagnosed for me.

It made me acknowledge I am allergic to caffeine.

I am unable to drink coffee because even a sip causes anxiety symptoms in my body (heart beating fast, trouble breathing, upset stomach, sweating, feeling as if I was about to get flu) but I was always sure I am just overthinking it because I just hate the taste of coffee.
"It tastes like poison so my body reacts as if I drank poison but other people are just fine after drinking it so it isn't poison therefore it must be just my body reaction must be due to some kind of coffee-phobia." LOL

I had to Google a couple of those since I'm new to all of this.

I´d never heard of mirrorsynaesthesia either, so I looked it up.
It is like, f.ex. when you see someone being touched, you experience the same touch. Your sensory system mirrors what you see - because of your basic experience of course.
I think, I have experienced it once or twice in my life for a brief moment.

Done. I'd also be interested in seeing the accumulated results.

Done. I didn't know a few of the terms. I looked some up, and I just put "I don't know" for others. I looked up synesthesia and otherkin. I guessed at what homoromantic might mean. You might want to put short, basic definitions for the terms you used. Other than that, it is an interesting survey. I will be interested in seeing how the results come out. For research purposes, you might want to pose the same survey to NTs as a control group, or include a diagnosis status question in the survey so you can separate the NTs from the ASDs.

Are any of you 18-25 and willing to take my surveys? Its my research project for school I am finishing my Doctorate in Education and am trying to see if Transition Plans in school help, you don't have to have a Transition Plan. The total study takes less than an hour and its all online...I would really appreciate your help. PM me or email me for more info [email protected]
I have Autism also and am studying this topic to try and help create more programs for Autistic Young Adults after high school.
Thanks,
-Imari
