Diagnosis/process in Germany???

Hello! I posted in the German section of the forum, but here my request will get more viewers. If you are someone who has been diagnosed in Germany or is familiar with the process over here, please get back to me. I would love to exchange PMs, since I have some questions I desperately need to ask and my doctor basically refused to give me competent assistance. So I'm stuck and not sure how to proceed. I really just need advice. Thanks.
