Support/Resuorces in Manchester, UK?

Hi Everyone,

Apologies if there's already an up-to-date discussion on this anywhere on this site.

I have a friend in his early 30s with a diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome.

He's going to be moving from his parents' place on the south coast of England, up to Manchester.

Does anyone know of any support organisations in Manchester that he could access? It's a huge change for him and he'll be far away from his friends and family for the first time, so he really would benefit from any support.

Does anyone have any ideas?
