What's one thing that really helped you in college

What's one thing-like a personal coping strategy that really helped you be successful in college? For me it was speaking with the professors personally and having the accommodate me during test taking because it takes me a while to get tests done.

Mine was kind of the opposite--I went to a school with like 26,000 undergrads and the vast majority of my classes were 50+ people (in intro classes sometimes as many as 600!).

At that age, being able to blend into the background and just do my thing was amazingly helpful to me. I'm solid under pressure and/or time constraints (i.e. tests), I just process and figure s**t out in my own way in the meantime.
