What's the occasion?

Connie Francis did some ethnic albums in the Fifties (I think she did an Italian, and Irish album).

And she did a Jewish album. Had a good rousing version of Hava Naglia.

The Klezmer revival has spawned a lot of modern bands doing traditional klezmer, and mind-bending rock-klezmer, and jazz-klezmer, and even bluegrass-klezmer.

Are you looking for jewish musicians in english like Leonard Cohen and Amy Winhouse, can you be more specific? I assume you don't speak hebrew but to be honest I only listen to oldies both in english and in hebrew 'cus I'm not a fan of today's music.

The only successful Israeli musician to gain fame worldwide, and epsecially in france , was Mike Brant.

His brother still lives quite well from the money and royalties.

Infected Mushroom:

They're kind of a techno-trance duo.

If you're not talking about actual "Jewish music" but mean "music by folks who happened to be Jewish" then the list in every genre (Classical, every kind of pop, including even Rap) is endless.

Bob Dylan, the aforementioned Amy Winehouse, Laura Nyro, Barbara Steisand, the Ramones, most of the Manhattan Transfer, Carol King, Woody Guthrie, David Bromberg, Irving Berlin, Leonard Bernstein, Benny Goodman, Beastie Boys, Leonard Cohen, Bette Milder, Benny Bell (of Dr. Demento's 'Shaving Cream' fame), just to name a few off the top of my head.

Blackfield is a nice rock band, one of their singers is Jewish. I'm not sure if that helps, but I like their music.

I know there are plenty of musicians who are Jewish as well.

Billy Joel, Lou Reed, Mark Knofler, David Lee Roth, Leslie West of Mountiain, Scott Ian of Anthrax, Dee Snider and JJ French of Twisted Sister, With the exception of J Giles all of the J Giles Band, Malcolm McLaren Sex pistols manager, Paul Simon, Art Gerfunkel, Barry Manilow, Neil Diamond, George Gershwin, Pink, Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul and Mary, Paula Abdul, Susanna Hoffs of the Bangles, Donald Fagan of Steely Dan, Andy Stein guitarist Comander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen (Hot Rod Lincoln), Chris Stein of Blondie, Sammy Davis Jr., Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of Kiss, David Guetta (EDM superstar), Drake (Father is Jewish)

Another words whatever music style you like thier is probably a Jewish influence in it.

I guess there's a difference between "Jewish" music" (e.g. klezmer) and music played by people of Jewish heritage (basically anything).
