Has anyone else felt like this? I don't feel like I am living life - I am more alive in my own head, in an imaginary world far from here. But in the physical world I am merely inhabiting a body... I feel like I am in autopilot. Robotic, mechanical.. Artificial. It's strange. 8O

It happens to me too occasionally. It reminds me of the title of a novel by Vita Sackville-West, 'All Passion Spent'.

I get this feeling a lot.
But what is living?
Having your existence verified by another human?

Yes, and it pains me. I love vibrancy but I can't seem to truly embrace it. I resent my slavery to routine sometimes, because I sacrifice exploration for comfort. I just can't cut anchor....
