You can add a rough translation so those who read only English get the gist.

For example, in Spanish ...

--¿Cómo se dice autobús en alemán?
--Subanempujenestrujembajen.

--¿Cómo se dice beso en inglés?
--Tomorrow contra mimorrow.

--¿Cómo se dice apagón en chino?
--Chin-lu.

How do you say bus in German?
Get-on-push-squish-get-off.

The Spanish words strung together are reminiscent of German phonetics, and the last one,
bajen, sounds similar to German Wagen 'car, vehicle' (think Wolkswagen 'People's Car, Folk's Car').

How do you say
kiss in English?
Your-snout against my-snout.

The English word
tomorrow sounds similar to Spanish tu morro 'your snout'.

How do you say
power cut in Chinese?
(With) no-light.

The Chinese-sounding syllables
chin-lu are easily interpreted in Spanish as sin luz 'without light, with no light': initial ch can be a childish mispronunciation of s, and syllable-final z or s is not pronounced in many Spanish dialects.

I bolded words that are supposed to be foreign language.

1.
Spotkali się chińczyk i murzyn.
Chińczyk powiedział: Ping pong peng.
Na to murzyn odparł: Ila bula za ta kula?

Translation:
Metting of a chinesse and a dark skinned guy(I am not sure what noun to use to name him).
Chinesse said: Ping pong peng.
(A random set of Chinesse sounding words that sound like Polish: "Ping pong pękł.", meaning "Table tenis ball cracked")
The dark skinned guy answered: Ila bula za ta kula?
(Polish: "Ile bulę/płacę za tą kulę/piłkę?", meaning: "How much I spring/pay for that glob/ball?")

2.
Polak we francuskiej restauracji. Nie zna języka, jednak usiłuje coś zamówić:
- La makaron proszę i La piwo.
Okazuje się, że kelner nie ma większych problemów.
Zadowolony Polak dodaje:
- La jeszcze jedno piwo.
Znowu otrzymuje to co zamówił.
Prosząc o rachunek mówi więc do kelnera:
- La kelner widzi jak ja dobrze po La Francusku mówię?
- Jakbym ja nie był "La" polak to ty byś żarł "La" gówno...

Translation:
A Pole in a French restaurant. He doesn't know the French language but tries to order something:
- La pasta please, and La beer.
It looks like the waiter has no real trouble fulfilling the order.
Pleased Pole adds:
- La one more beer.
Once again he gets what he ordered.
Finally, while asking for the bill, Pole says:
- La waiter sees how well I speak La French?
- If I were not "La" Pole you would be eating "La" s**t...
