Eye contact with people, one eye or both at once?

When you talk with people, do you look at one eye (without switching), both eyes at once, or inbetween both?

Both eyes, and then I usually look at their mouths.

I use both my eyes because I don't have strabismus.

edit: crap, i musnderstood

i look in between their eyes.
