What are some characteristics that you like about yourself?

What are some qualities that you appreciate in others?

My curiosity is something I like.
I like when my teachers are empathetic about my autism and want to learn more.
What do you like a bout yourself?

I'm sceptical, thorough and question everything - traits that I like about myself, but which don't always please other people.

The fact that I can usually come up with a solution to an immediate problem without losing my head.

I like my creativity, and I appreciate the appreciation of intellect. I like people who actually think, who you can have a conversation with, discourse with, not just a series of self-obsessed statements.

I appreciate someone who is a good person, by my measure.

I like my newfound willingness to try new things. I always had difficulty with this but self-development has helped.
