Is anyone into the LISA series?

I am full-blown obsessed. A new game is coming out Aug. 25th and it's reduced me to an impatient five-year-old. I'd love to speculate with people what could happen - AND OMG NEW TRAILER CAME OUT JUST RIGHT NOW!! !

If you haven't heard of it, I totally recommend it, especially if you enjoyed Earthbound. It's 10 bucks on Steam.
Not for young kids though!!

Also does this forum have spoiler tags?

I'm considering buying it on Steam when it goes on sale. It looks really surreal, the music is amazing and things are just so messed up looking that instead of being revolting it's moreso fascinating.

And yes you are capable of making spoiler tags. There is a sticky thread here explaining how.

It doesn't look that much like EarthBound, or is it just because it also relies heavily on Japanese style humor?

I assume they said that because, even though the battle system looks quite different to Earthbound, it does seem to have a similar silliness mixed with adult content

I wouldn't say its humor is japanese-style, but it's ridiculous in the same ways that Earthbound is. Think moonside.

They have a lot of stuff that's ridiculous like that, but most of it doesn't make it to America, because most of that kind of humor makes absolutely no sense to us...or it does make it over here, and they localize all the "weird" stuff out of it.
