I'm trying to finally work on a comic book I've been meaning to do since around the time Harvey Pekar died, but I need a question or two answered that Google and Facebook won't help with. One, I'm using some boards with the non-photo blue lines printed on it, does anyone know if I'm supposed to draw panel borders right on the area where it says "copy" or solely inside it? And two, does anyone know a place in Los Angeles County where I can get 11x17 boards scanned so I can digitally color them?
