This is something I crocheted two years ago. I didn't use a pattern for this and am happy with how well it turned out.

I make my stuff by hand, but if I can't make a fold, or it's being particularly annoying, I'll use pencil lead to poke at it until I rip the paper or it works. Fun though.

I curled Flower box's petals with pencels, I don't count them as tools ^_^ I'd like to see more of your minis someday, I wish I could make them that small.

It is hard, I got thousends of papercuts learning :/ but i have been doing it for practically my whole life so it got easier <_< still suck, though. at least its easier then drawing(for me)
were you trying from a book? learning from book instructions is very difficult :roll: the drawings are impossible to follow
