Anybody else? I usually don't feel like getting up in the morning then about 10 in the evening my mind wakes up.

To be honest, I wouldn't be posting here if I felt sleepy. So... how you guys doing?

In my case, I have to wake up around 6am. Yeah,,actually don't need to have to ..but still I have to.. To make that happen I should go to bed around 12am. I rarely stay up all night..and whenever stay up all night I regret.

I always have a problem sleeping cause my sleep schedule is never right from working nights. I used to keep a night schedule, but I never saw anyone - just on the phone because my friends are night owls too. I even used to go to the grocery store and wash my car around midnight or later and I had a few close calls with both so I stopped that. Since I sleep days most of the time, I'm used to needing Benadryl and my two glasses of red wine (cause its good for the heart, of course).

Most of the time, I have no problems with sleep, but I have periods when I can't sleep and will be up continuously for a couple of days before passing out from exhaustion. These periods are often hellish for me, but I try make the most of it and focus my brain on doing something, such as watching all my favourite Tim Burton films.

In my country most stores are closed at night. :o

My sleep lately is approximately from 11pm-7am give or take a few hours when I go to bed as soon as I feel tired. I had a short time where I'd go to sleep from 8pm-4am and it was awesome.
But can't trust it to be constant, maybe I won't sleep today, who knows.

Yeah, I've been having trouble going to sleep in the last week or so. I normally go to bed around 11 or 12, but in the last few days I haven't been able to get to sleep until around 2 am. I just lie in bed trying to sleep, but my mind just stays active for hours. Ugh ... hopefully I can get over it soon, or I'm going to have to look into using sleeping pills.
